Interesting article:
One more reason to not use Skype for Linux
http://www.linuxbsdos.com/2012/08/01/one-more-reason-to-not-use-skype-for-linux/

...so I would like to ask, if there is any free alternative for skype in portage?

please define free alternative.

otherwise have a look at the category net-voip which provider some voip solutions.
if you are after a skype compatible program, then you are out of luck. there is a reason why it is called proprietary software.

this is a skype issue, not skype on linux issue.

I'd rather have my chats and data in police hands than in profit oriented companies such as google and facebook.

for that reason (and more) I don't maintain google and facebook accounts.

When we call software “free,” we mean that it respects the users' essential freedoms: the freedom to run it, to study and change it, and to redistribute copies with or without changes. This is a matter of freedom, not price, so think of “free speech,” not “free beer.”
