for the unaware, obama's union-stacked NLRB said it was against the law for Boeing to leave a union friendly state to go to south carolina, which provides all residents with the right-to-work.
all right-to-work means is that you can only be compelled to join the union if you want to join the union. if you do not want to join the union, you do not have to join the union. in states where you don't have a right-to-work, obama's NLRB has recently ruled that a mere fraction of workers can legally bind 100% of the people in that same job class to be members of the union, paying union dues and being limited to work under the union's conditions. yes, obama's NLRB specifically ruled that YOU, as a worker, should have less rights, and that you should have to pay his campaign financiers, so that you can have less rights. |
