Strange In-Browser Video (Flash?) Issue: Red & Blue Swapped

Is anyone else experiencing this recently? I'm afraid I don't know what exact update caused this but YouTube videos—which play just fine—seem to have red and blue colors interchanged. Viewing static images (e.g., jpeg) is unaffected, as is the general color scheme of the desktop.

This happens both with Firefox (12.0) and Konqueror (4.8.3). Flash version is latest stable (11.2.202.228).
