when i submit a reply i get the above error but it seems the reply has been posted.
this happens since yesterday evening.
what could be wrong?
i used opera browser.

This is not a portage or programming problem.
Of course, you will probably not see my response, since the forums are broken and not sending reply notices (as indicated by the error message you have encountered, about with there is a discussion in the "Gentoo Forums Feedback" thread).
