Hi,
i am trying to connect my Bluetooth devices with a Bluetooth Transceiver 3.0 from Microsoft. It was attached to a Wireless mouse and under WIn7 i can find all my devices. But under Gentoo and hcitool i can't find anything? Is it possible to use this as a BT dongle?
Thanks a lot.

| Bluetooth in general is absolute hell to get working in Linux, especially using only a command line. Your best bet is installing a full GNOME or KDE desktop and let those attempt to deal with it. |

Hi,
this is not what i mean. I am looking for a Bluetooth dongle. My System works with other normal dongles but not with the Microsoft one.
Maybe someone got a fix?
