simple 3D CAD?

I'm searching for a simple (to use) solution, to draw some lines and boxes, fill them with colors and arange them in 3D space - for some simple, self created garden furniture. Plus points for a simple way to tell the app, "draw a line from 0,0 -> 50cm,0".

Ideally, it should be able to export to some format, I can view with some app on the iPad. Someone got something?

You can try media-gfx/freecad
It works on mac, linux and windows.

The version in portage currently doesn't built on ~amd64, but I've got it working with a -9999.ebuild.

It's far from being easy to use, though. Constant need to switch through different modes, just to create or move a rectangle, also couldn't find a "free rotate", yet.
