| I just recently installed Gentoo and Gnome 2.32. However, when I startx, the Applications tab in the upper left is empty. Is this a problem with my gnome configuration or because I have no applications installed? How do I check if I have apps installed? If its a gnome problem, what should I look for? |

| Yes, it is the Gnome problem, you have applications exactly. I haven't the Gnome but the applications menu in my Xfce is in $HOME/.config/menus. Look there. |

You should also find some .desktop files in /usr/share/applications _________________ Arkhelion |
