ktsuss back in the tree

Dear all,

ktsuss, using a new codebase, is back in the Portage tree (b.g.o, p.g.o). This new codebase does not have the security issues of the old one AFAICT.

I am proxy maintaining it, as I think it is important for XFCE+wicd users like myself who don't want to have to use gksu or kdesu, which have many dependencies.

So far it's working for me. Please test it yourself and report back any issues.
