I've searched these forums, and google for bbpager confs, tried 'man bbpager' and 'man bbtools' but nothing. bbpager -h provides some very limited information, but nothing useful enough to solve my problem. Anyone have a guide to bbpager configuration? I am using fluxbox on a Gentoo 1.2 system.

Mainly I would like to open bbpager in the slit (I know about -w) in a horizontal orientation. Currently, bbpager opens in the slit with the 4 frames stacked on top of each other vertically, making the slit huge, which I would like to avoid.

Any other configuration tips would also be appreciated. (Quick thanks to al3x for pointing out how to get bbpager using flux styles)

Try looking at /usr/share/bbtools/README.bbpager, and at the global config file in /usr/share/bbtools/bbpager.bb. In the config file you can set the number of rows and columns you want, and also the size of the desktops. I tried running it in a vertical slit with 2 rows of 2, and it worked fine.

Raise and focus aren't working for me in bbpager. I assume
that I should be able to click on a window in bbpager and have
that window raise and get focus on the desktop. When I click
on the bbpager window it raises inside bbpager but nothing
happens on the desktop. I can move windows around on the
desktop from inside bbpager no problem. I do have raise
and focus actions assigned in bbpager.nobb (I'm using fluxbox).
Any advice, or does bbpager not do what I want?
