Yes you can. I don't use it, so can't offer advice on setting it up. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

I am curious, why would you want to choose lilo over grub? |

I'm guessing by his emoticon "mad" that he's having troubles setting it up. _________________ Quis separabit? Quo animo? |

hehe. No. I do multiboot and used boot.ini. LILO is just something to get it going( installed in /boot ).

I probably can use GRUB but can I install it in /boot instead of into the MBR? _________________ bluesky

You should be able to, although the manual lists this method as deprecated. Look for "Installing GRUB using grub-install" in the manual.
Any reason you are avoiding the MBR (I have had much success with grub and mutlibooting)? |
