Has anyone successfully fetched the version 4 package ( VMware-Player-4.0.0-471780.x86_64.bundle) from http://www.vmware.com/products/player/? do u have a direct download link?

The only thing I can see over there is version 3.1.4 from April.

is there an ebuild for that? what about the other modules? my 3.1.4 crashes bad with windows 7 and I'm seriously contemplating on moving to vb.

not sure how usful it is, I get segfault: Sep 24 22:51:00 Starfleet kernel: vmplayer[14503]: segfault at 0 ip (null) sp 00007fffd6480ce8 error 14 in librt-2.13.so[7ffaf5bd4000+8000]
