i sporadically have a problem where if i press "new topic" to post a new thread, the forum takes me back to the forums list page. :x

right now this is happening for me in "installing gentoo", i've previously had it happen in "desktop" or whatever that forum is called.

obviously it isn't happening in the forum feedback area. ideas?
referrer? (although i don't think i'm mucking with that at the moment)
but i do have all sorts of combinations of noScript, CS lite, https everywhere and adblock+

There have been some reports of things not working correctly with some versions of firefox but nothing that can be reproduced consistently. One suggestion if it happens again is to clear your cache as some people have said this fixes their issues.

We're investigating to see if we can find the root cause of these issues.

Having the same problem here. This is the only way i can post: Log out, Try to start new topic when logged out and then after forum asking to log in i can start new topic. 'Post Reply' seems to work normally.

EDIT: Ok, it seems that only affected forum in my case is 'portage and programming'. All the other forums allow me to post new topic.

Yes. It didn't help. Using Firefox 6.0.
It's actually quite funny, because i was going to post some questions there later, and now it seems its the only subforum that doesnt work for me :D

I was earlier this day on a different computer, different LAN and different OS(win 7). Now im at my Gentoo box and i was able to post a new topic on 'Portage&programming'. Immediately after that i tried to hit 'new topic' button and it all came back--> redirecting to index page.

I use Seamonkey 2.3. I went back to the forum list page when I tried to reply to a topic. Disconnect/Connect or Close/Open the browser did'nt solve the problem. Clear the cache did it.

I can't post to the portage & programming section using firefox 6.0.2 and cleared my cache. Internet Explorer works though... Some forums work and others don't.
