I cannot find mkinitrd into the portage tree, supposed to be located in sys-apps/mkinitrd. Did I miss something about it? If not, yes I did sync and it's still not there, what could be the problem?

According to http://sources.gentoo.org, it was removed from the Portage tree Wed Jul 21 12:46:52 2010 UTC by ssuominen with the message gone.
