He opens up all the doors, as if they were hidden and you couldn't tell they were there. :?

I'd have preferred more of a "tour" of what there function was (still watching, just in case).

Reminds me of all the apartments I've lived so far.

Not because of the folding stuff but because of the size.

Pretty good, considering it was a coop.

One thing I've noticed about efficiently using space is that it helps if it is designed in from the beginning. My house doesn't have a lot of "unused" space, which makes modification difficult and / or expensive.

I might be able to fit my library in there.

I love it.

It might have made sense if he'd put everything in the floor or ceiling, then he'd have retained the floor space. All he has accomplished is to make his apartment into the size of a hallway.

Reminds me of trying to fuck in the car I had in college. Kind of lonely with your girlfriend's head sticking out the sun-roof.

Do you have to be gay to have a nice apartment?

If I lived there, I would keep everything open all the time. I'd be too lazy to keep closing things up.

Of course, I could just scoot around on a rolling chair. No need to ever stand up.

Seems like moving all that crap around would get very old very quick. I'd rather have a little more space and a little fewer possessions.

It's a pretty nice apartment but the guy is so gay it would make me want to jump out of a window.

Btw Im not anti gay, I 100% support their cause, just can't stand the way some of them act. Suffice to say, though, that hetero male tend to act like douchbags more so than homos.

you mean over the top effeminate? Yeah.. unbearable.

I know a couple (several, not 'a couple) of homosexuals. Most are pretty 'normal', aka if nobody is telling you you won't know it, to 'yeah, he's gay' after a few minutes. But there is one... ugh...

but fat, agressive butch lesbians are worse.

Christian Schallert converted a tiny 250 square foot pigeon loft on the top of a Barcelona building into a one room apartment in which all the comforts of home are hidden behind wooden panels. Clever mixed use of his furniture (his disappearing bed can also be a couch and a bench) means that the apartment is surprisingly versatile and uncluttered (see a faircompanies video tour of his apartment.)

Doesn't sound very Spanish to me.

Yep.

It is better, but it is also nearly double the area (41 m^2 versus 23 m^2).
