You need to include information on how many screenshots can be submitted per person.
Also, the bit about who is allowed to enter the contest isn't worded very well. You might want to make it more clear that users, developers, and staffers may all submit screenshots. _________________ <UzzaDead> What is CONFIG_USB_MON?

| Anyone can submit screenshots unless he is one of the judges. I think it was pretty clear and this is why there is no any special note about this. I would say 3 shots/person and I will add this to contest page as well |

I guess only one screenshot per person or per system?
//edit: No more than three screenshots per contestant. _________________ Gentoo on Uptime Project - Larry is a cow |

For those of us on widescreen setups, what's the preferred resize route?
My stock desktop is 3360x1050, and sometimes extends to 5040x1050 (2-3x 3360x1050)
By resize route, I mean that the shrunk images to the max limits don't really show much useful detail. |

robbat2 3360x1050 should be ok provided that you cant resize it. Picassa may also accept bigger screenshot but if the screenshot is way too big we will have to resize it before we put it on

| What about creating categories i.e. for pure hardware, the best tile/composite wm? |

pure hardware? I don't understand that
We might use some "category" ranking at the end, depending of the number of screenshots we will receive |

The contest winners were announced in August (see here), so you'll have to wait until next year |
