hola
vamos a ver estoy con la instalacion de gentoo y todo funciona perfectamente ,pero las x me fallan se cuelga el teclado y el raton aleatorimente,a veces al reiniciar las x.despues de ver el /var/log y varias cosas mas no he dado con la solucion,pero creo q puede ser q al cargar el kernel me da este mensage mensaje de error
modprobe no localiza el modulo /dev/rtc
modprobe no localiza el modulo /dev/misc/rtc
pueden fallar las x por esto,y cuales son las opciones para arreglarlo

Se soluciona facil
modprobe: can't locate module /dev/rtc
modprobe: can't locate module /dev/misc/rtc
La solución es tan sencilla como añadir soporte en el kernel a "Enhaced Real Time Clock Support" en la sección character devices del kernel, y compilarlo o bien integrado, o bien como módulo, en este caso, recordad poner rtc en /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.x
