It's true that KDE is broken here and there and the missing part is downright stupid.
By mistake, by punching the settings><something>, the the file menu went missing.
Then after playing around a bit more, I tried removing the toolbar (by right clicking on it and checking that toolbar option) to just check out the major GUI problems ktorrent is having...and I was right...there's no easy GUI way to recover both of them.
Any ideas?
