Automatic KDE 4 camera detection

In KDE 3, when I plugged in my camera, I got an automatic notification and a plethora of options "open in konqueror" etc.

In KDE 4, I'm not getting this automatic notice. The device icon in taskbar shows "no devices plugged in". However, if I manually go to camera:/ in Dolphin or Konqueror, the camera's contents show just fine (as they do by using gphoto2 on command line). What do I need to enable to get this working. I have kipi and gphoto2 in my use-flags already..
