What package is reponsible for putting the shutdown/reboot commands in the gnome menu?

I had
Code:
REBOOT_COMMAND="/sbin/reboot"
HALT_COMMAND="/sbin/halt"

In my make.conf when I compiled gnome (they were an old hack solution to a problem I no longer have) and as the result of that, "shutdown" in the gnome menu invokes the halt command directly, rather than going through gdm to shutdown.

So, I removed those lines from make.conf, but now I don't know what packages to recompile to fix the problem.
Anyone know?
