Heatbeat & deamontools can't schutdown machine

When i have hearbeat & deamontools install togeter I can't do a proper schutdown of my server.

Heartbeat start the virtual IP then the networkcard(s) and the it start svcan that launches some services.
One of the first services thats going down is svcsan after a shutdown, then other will follow and at then heartbeat. This tries to shutdown svcan and because this is already stop't the machine hangs !!

I have tried to change the 'before' and 'after' , 'need' options of the both but no luck.
The only solution i have found until now is to use a custom schutdown script in inittab.

I anyone else has a better solotion i'm glad to hear this.
