Binutils 2.13

Hello! Binutils 2.13 is out - any idea if/when it will be available? Is it going to be available (maybe as default?) with Gentoo 1.4? Let me know if you find anything interesting

Actually, it doesn't look like a lot, just some things relating to an odd architecture I have not heard of (Fujitsu FRV?). However, isn't it safe to assume that some of the newer features in 2.12 have been stabilized? Or, at least compared to the older version of 2.12 we are using? So, (if so especially) it might be worth upgrading
