kdevelop won't emerge :(

I was trying to emerge kdevelop and It failed emerging in teh package arts with some all-recursive errors.

It failed in the function kde_src_compile.

Anyone else have had this problems or knows how to solve it?

Here is the error I get after the all-recursive stuff in arts:

I solved it it was a problem emerging arts, so I searched for arts in the forum and I discovered I had to unmerge vorbis package to got it running, now everything works.
