|
|
So I'm trying to autounmask gnome-2.22.0 so I do the following:
# autounmask -p gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0
and the output is
Code: |
autounmask version 0.21 (using PortageXS-0.02.07 and portage-2.1.4.4)
Unsuccessful stat on filename containing newline at /usr/bin/autounmask line 304.
Unsuccessful stat on filename containing newline at /usr/bin/autounmask line 307.
Unsuccessful stat on filename containing newline at /usr/bin/autounmask line 304.
Unsuccessful stat on filename containing newline at /usr/bin/autounmask line 307.
* Using repositories:
/usr/portage
/usr/portage/local/layman/enlightenment
/usr/local/portage
* Using package.keywords file: /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
* Using package.unmask file: /etc/portage/package.unmask
* Unmasking gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 and its dependencies.. this might take a while..
* Added '=gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~' to /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
* Added '=gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~' to /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
* Added '=gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~' to /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
* Added '=gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~' to /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
* Added '=gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~' to /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
* Added '=gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~' to /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome
^C * Aborting due to user interrupt!
* Restoring files because autounmask was called with the --pretend option.
* done!
|
and the file /etc/portage/package.keywords/autounmask-gnome actually exists with about 6 lines of =gnome-base/gnome-2.22.0 ~
Any suggestions?
Oh and is there a way to get ~amd64 out instead of ~ ?
Thanks |

Apparently there is a bug in the 2008 profiles.
No resolution as of yet. Apparently one can't do it the long way either. Haven't figured a workaround yet. _________________ Open-mindedness is painful... |

Thanks Mark. If it's not a bug in profiles, is it an autounmask bug? That reply confuses me. _________________ Open-mindedness is painful... |

It would seem that way, since there is nothing wrong with the profiles _________________ Mark Loeser

Should be fixed when using PortageXS-0.02.08. _________________ "To have a successful open source project, you need to be at least somewhat successful at getting along with people." -- Daniel Robbins |
