The Number One Success System .exe problem

Hello guys, I`m new at gentoo forum. I have been using fedora for a while but friends advies me to use gentoo for greater security. It took me a week to install it but i have a problem. Some one sent me via e-mail an .exe file "The Number One Success System .exe" and i wanted to open it but did not work. Is there a way to open .exe in gentoo. Some one told me something about whine o wine.
