Hi
I tried all that things i found here in this forum to run wine.
i downloaded the rpm of wine, installed and configured it. If i want to run it as user i get this error:
bash-2.05a$ wine /mnt/cdrw/Setup.exe
Invoking /opt/wine/bin/wine.bin /mnt/cdrw/Setup.exe ...
wineserver: mkdir wineserver-gentoo.rz4.net : Permission denied
Wine failed with return code 1
Strange thing is, that every app installed on Crossover-Office (eg Lotus Notes) works correctly.
Andybody an idea? |

Edit your ~/.wine/config file, and make sure there's a section (drive letter) for /mnt/cdrw ... if there isn't, create one based on an existing drive letter there. Or change the existing cd-rom device to point to /mnt/cdrw...
If that config file doesn't exist... well then find one and put it there. _________________ Even a stopped clock gives the right time twice a day. |
