Set up an nfs server on the linux box, mount from the ibook, copy
you'll have to edit /etc/exports ,restart nfs-server
mounting from osx should be somewhere in the documentation, I don't understand OSX
Hope this helps,

Unison is a nice synchronizing tool. I'm using it to sync my iBook with a x86 desktop.
I don't use OSX, but the site says unison has been compiled and tested with it.
Besides, unison has got a nice GUI front-end. |
