Like if i type foo and i want it to run 3 things in a certain order first.
If ya see what I mean. _________________ Information is pure. Take a knife, for example. You can use it to cut up vegetables, butter your bread, etc. Or you can use it as a weapon. The way in which information exists in its many forms leaves for us the decision how to use it. - Maynard -TOOL |

Other than the gentoo site, there is a very nice (and COMPLETE) HOW-TO: The Advanced Bash Programming HOW-TO (or its sucessor, the advanced bash scripting Guide http://www.tldp.org/guides.html#abs )
You can also search the linux documentation project site ( www.tldp.org ) for any additional bits of info.
Hope this helps a little
If you get down to any specific trouble, I, and I'm sure quite a few other people, will be glad to help you. _________________ Need to flame people LIVE on IRC? Join #gentoo-otw on freenode! |
