Hi there.

I have just gotten a new server, and i've put that one as the router, setting up my other server as a webserver / mailserver.
I've got just one rule in iptables, "MASQUERADE all -- anywhere anywhere" in nat table.
dnsmasq is at except-interface=eth0 with a dhcp-range from 10.0.0.5 to 10.0.0.10.

From tcpdump you can se that server2 is sending DHCP request, but nothing is sent.
/var/log/syslog sais

DHCPDISCOVER(eth2) :mac:
DHCPOFFER(eth2) 10.0.0.9 :mac:

server2 cant se the offers, just as tcpdump points out.
My laptop on the other hand, connected via eth1, works just fine.

Any ideas?

Threadbump!

Have done a reinstall after a crash gnump3d gave me, still have the same problem.
My laptop works as a charm, the other one is'nt getting anything.

/me figures there must be something wrong with my iptables-setup.

Finally got it.
For those who might care, or have an equal problem;
I had the interfaces under the same subnet, so either change that, or bridge the interfaces.
