A 'apropos' Command

Not much more to say beyond the topic.

Add apropos functionality for emerge so those who don't know the specific name of a package can search via their descriptions instead.

Fink for Darwin (MacOS X) does this.

If this has already been suggested then I apologize.

if you search the forums you'll find a few posts from people who have written their own scripts to search for descriptions. i agree, it should be available right from the get-go, so maybe one of those people will polish up their scripts and submit an ebuild!
