Php and Imap

I've emereged php with no problems but i want a couple different configure options. (--with-imap and --enable-socket). Do i need to download anything extra for imap support (the c-client lib?)? Also how would i add those config options to emerge php?

Read the USE flag docs.

Basically you'll want to have imap and whatever else in your USE flags in your /etc/make.conf. Read those docs and thank me later. Or curse my name. Whatever works best.
