Due to my recent activities in my job I am interested in porting portage to Tru64 cause for these systems there is no free time to switch.
Is there any documentation or information on how to do this?
Or is someone able to help?

You might want to look at my thread in Portage and Programming about my attempts to get it working under solaris. The steps should be similar.

I haven't gotten it to download anything yet as I have to recompile some libs. But it executes emerge just enough to say that SunOS is not supported.

Tru64 is fairly dead, though. HP doesn't want to support multiple Unices and has chosen their own HP-UX over Tru64.
The Alpha architecture, while one of the best designed architectures ever to exist, is unfortunately not long for this world either. It may not be worth your time to port it over. :(
If you still want to, I would look at the FreeBSD port that is under construction, so that you can see some of the differences Portage has between Gentoo and non-Gentoo systems.
