is gnumeric meant to on the portage tree?
I seems to not be available at present. Does the fact that gnumeric seems to be written in orange in all the forums imply something that I am missing?
thanks

Did you do a search for gnumeric? When you do a search, the word you entered to look for will appear in orange...
As far as I am aware there are no issues with the gnumeric ebuild - I haven't emerged it recently, but I don't remember having any problems. |

i still get the 'couldn't find match' error when trying to emerge it.
I couldn't find it on the package list either (on the web site)

Code: | kurtl@m3 kurtl $ emerge -s gnumeric
[ Results for search key : gnumeric ]
[ Applications found : 1 ]
* app-office/gnumeric [ Masked ] |
Looks like it's masked. (btw, this feature is new in Portage 2.0.13)
