Need some help with my sparc install on a sunfire 100

I went through the setup docs step by step and it failed miserably.

I used the docs here:
http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-sparc-install.xml
And they are way out of date.

I also found docs here:
http://cvs.gentoo.org/~blademan/sparc-install-doc.html

These seem much better but seem to be missing info on what to do after compiling the kernel.

The docs from CVS also mention creating a sun disk label which the first ones never mentioned.
