Upgrade from Mysql 4.0.10 to Mysql 4.0.13-r3

When I use emerge -up world it pretends downgrading mysql 4.0.10 to 3.23.56.
When I'm using emerge -up mysql-4.0.13-r3.ebuild it shows me the following:

Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild U ] dev-db/mysql-4.0.13-r3 [4.0.10]
[ebuild UD] dev-db/mysql-3.23.56 [4.0.10]
[ebuild U ] dev-perl/DBD-mysql-2.1027 [2.1013-r1]

As I understand this output mysql 4.0.13-r3 will be installed and afterwards downgraded to mysql-3.23.56.

How can I upgrade mysql to version 4.0.13-r3 without downgrading?
