[forums-announce] Forums upgraded

Despite initial problems and unforseen downtime we've upgraded the forums to fix a few bugs, including receiving email subjects in the wrong language.

We've also added an icon which links to the OSL Rackathon. The Open Source Lab at Oregon State University is where the forums are hosted. They also host lots of other Gentoo and Open Source projects. Helping them out helps us all out.

As always if you notice any problems or have any comments or questions please post them to the Gentoo Forums Feedback forum.
