| Has anyone else attempted to emerge KDE 3 on a Sun4u with GCC 2.95.3? I keep getting build errors on kdlibs, but the dependencies build fine. |

Is it trying to merge kde 3.0.1 or kde 3.0.2? I'm having problems with 3.0.2, which was just released. I've posted a question about it in the Desktop section.
You might try merging 3.0.1, that one went pretty smoothly for me.
