Hola, tengo una Avermedia TVPhone98 (de las antiguas, las anteriores a las WCR) y le tengo conectada una Dreamcast. Mi problema es que al poner juegos NTSC el zapping igual que el xawtv me muestran la imagen medio recortada y parpadeando, hasta ahi bien, ya que eso es del sistema PAL.

Bueno, pues le especifico al Zapping el tipo de estandar de la señal, como NTSC y me muestra la imagen perfecta en nitidez, pero en escala de grises...

He probado con todos los estandar que tiene el zapping por defecto(no se si existen mas) y nada... unos mejor q otros... pero nada... todos en blanco y negro excepto el PAL que se ve parpadeando.

A alguien le pasa lo mismo que a mi? será problema de la capturadora? HELP!

Tambien mencionar que el audio de entrada lo intento canalizar a través del Live Drive de mi SB Live! Platinum 5.1 pero no se donde activar la entrada(al menos en el kmix)

hola
probablemente si tu tarjeta de adquisicion es pal no podras recibir "bien" el ntsc, y vice versa; el problema de ver en escala de grises es tipico sintoma de esto. no hay solucion.
para el sonido, si queres usar el live drive (rack frontal de sonido) vas a necesitar probablemente los drivers mejores que los que el kernel propone, a saber vas a tener que hacer

emerge emu10k1

y despues configurar un archivito, aqui te mando lo que tengo yo:

tras haber instalado correctamente todo esto tendras seguramente que rebootear, ya que hay un mini script de inicializacion (emu-script) y otro de manipulacion del dsp (emudspmgr ?) que permiten dar los volumenes etc... que necesitas.
