Hi,
I made an attempt to create an ebuild file for qpopper, a pop3 server.
It seems to work on my system.
I'm not that familiar with CVS and the whole process of getting an ebuild in the portage tree, so i'll just post a ling to the gzipped files here.
If anyone knows what to do with them (or test them), please go ahead
www.schnabel.nl/download/qpopper.tar.gz
I hope someone will pick this up....
greets,
Nossie |

I forgot to say :
This will build a standalone version of the daemon.
I had to change the permissions on my /var/spool/mail dir manually (this should be fixed somehow) |

Tested and badly broken.
2nd file missing from digest (need to 'emerge qpopper-4.0.4.ebuild digest').
Nothing goes to /etc/mail/certs, /etc/xinetd.d...
Line 'dodir -p -m665 ${D}/etc/mail/certs' creates bogus root directories '-p and -m665'. |
