amsn crash

Every time I try to login on my thomas user on amsn with blommethomas@gmail.com it quits unexpected. I don't get the problem as root and neither do I have it with another account. accessing msn using meebo and blommethomas@gmail.co mworks fine also. I supposed the problem lied in 1 of the files fro mblommethomas@gmail.com, but I updated all files in thomas/.amsn/ using files fro manother account and I still get the same error.

When running in terminal I get the following message:

Have you tried a revdep-rebuild? Or reemerging amsn?

not yet, what's a revdep-rebuild?

but is that the problem if it still works with my other account?
I'll try that revdep-rebuild, maybe it needs an update because of that updated config files

revdep-rebuild is a tool in the gentoolkit (it's in portage)

I managed to solved the problem, if I understand it well the problem lies in the display pictures of other users in your contact lsit which are saved in a cache file, if 1 of them is corrup, amsn breaks down
