Długo już walczę z akceleracją pod moim system:

Nie działają również komendy takie jak np:
czy
Chodź "ati-drivers" kompiluje sie poprawnie.
Próbowałem już wielu rzeczy, rekompilowanie Xorg z flagami "radeon" i "ati" zmiany kernela oraz różne wersje "ati-drivers".
Proszę o pomoc...

Ja nie mam problemu z
Przebuduj jądro by miało wsparcie dla AGP (/dev/agpgart) + Twój chipset płyty głównej.

Zrób coś z myszą, w przyszłości może się przydać.

Próbowałeś tego? Sam 'configure' nie musi dobrze działać.
Próbowałeś 'aticonfig'? Ati dostarcza własny program do tworzenia pliku konfigurayjnego i najwyraźniej ma ku temu powody. Co nie znaczy, że wszystko zrobi za Ciebie, ale to powinien być dobry początek. Spóbuj i podaj przynajmniej swój xorg.conf i log z błędami Xów (/var/log/Xorg.0.log).
