At the final stage of the installation I only need to set my boot partition with grub but that g#r@$u@b don't see my harddisk!

I do the following: I'm in grub (afcourse)

grub> root (hd2,4)

I get the message: "disk does not excist"

Someone recognize this problem?
pleas tell me!

Grub only counts the number of HDs. Linux counts by IDE channels. So, even though it's hdc under linux, it would be (hd1) under grub.

Primary Master would be 0 and Secondary Master would be 1 in this case.

Isn't it bad ju ju for EIDE/ATA to place a slow device like a CD-ROM on the same channel as a hard drive?

May not be the optimal setup, but I don't think it is 'bad JuJu' :D
