Witam wszystkich
Po przeszukaniu wszelkich znanych mi źródeł nie udało mi się rozwiązać problemu - dlatego tu piszę :]

Potem jeszcze usunołem partycję /dev/hdb4 i utworzyłem ją na nowo nadałem active tak ze po fdisk -l zmieniło sie na:

Dodam tylko ze uzywalem zarowno wlasnorecznie skompilowanego kernela jak i genkernela i na obu pojawia sie ten sam błąd.

Nigdy się z tym nie spotkałem, ale ponieważ nikt Ci jeszcze nie podrzucił pomysłu coś nazmyślam
Spróbuj może smartctl dowiesz się czy to jest sprzętowe ... a tak w nawiasie masz włączoną obsługę SMART w BIOS-e?
Z tego co napisałeś wygląda jakby błędny odczyt dotyczył hdb3 i hdb4, mam rację?
Poza ty dziwnie wygląda podwójna flaga Boot w “fdisk -l” która na dodatek znika po odnowieniu hdb4? Oczywiście sama flaga nie powinna robić takiego zamętu _________________ Macbook white |

nie bylo mnie przez jakis czas ale i tak chcialbym sobie odpowiedziec - dla potomnych :]
Problem zostal rozwiazany polowicznie - Reinstal jako ze system byl swierzy poszlo to dosc bezbolesnie.
Co do potwojnej flagi boot nie wiedzialem wczesniej o co chodzi fdisk tak ustawil i bylo ok :] oto moj obecny fdisk -l
