Read the article and discuss..
ok, I don't condone articles/stories/content about sex with children because that's just fucking wrong. But the point of free speech is that you can say ANYTHING. That is the meaning of the word free. For example; here in the UK the BNP(British National Party AKA Bunch of White-only Fascist Cunts) leader was prosecuted for saying some disgusting and inflammatory things about Muslims. I don't agree with what he said but I still think he has the right to say it because Britain is supposedly a free country.
The way to fight racism, intolerance, etc etc is not to ban it and hope it goes away. Prohibition campaigns over the last century have all failed miserably. Drugs have gotten more popular and now every time something appears that the leaders of our so-called free countries don't like they legislate against it and chip away at what's left of our freedoms.
A freedom curtailed is not a freedom. It's a farce.
Education and real freedom are the answer. |

while i wouldn't condone the activities in many of the stories that float around usenet (many are like that, try asstr.org for a summary), i still think you shouldn't be able to sue someone over it, simply because it's not right. it's having free speech with exceptions, so actually it's not free speech or in other words we're having "censorship". so, either we have free speech, or we don't, and right now we don't while we claim we would, which is called lying, so actually you should sue all the polititians and law representatives for lying to the people, which is nothing new either but it seems acceptable for politians at least... damn, we're fucked in the arse... no, wait, now i can get sued for my post because actually i'm mentioning sodomy ><
