From what I can tell, emul-linux-x86-sdl does not expose a 32-bit version of libSDL_net.so

I need this for something REALLY important, like running doomsday.

Having just started with AMD64 I don't know if this is something planned, or easy to extend, myself.

Finally got a round tuit. No-go.

  IWAD identification: 00067b1b
Reading definition file: Defs/Doomsday.ded
Reading definition file: Defs/jHexen/jHexen.ded
  300 sprite names

R_Init: Init the refresh daemon.
Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)
user@localhost ~ $

This isn't much information. Any suggestions about how I gather more, to help debug this? I'm running amd64 {not ~amd64) SDL, but I would hope that the "Parachude Deployed" message would have meant that there was a bunch of cloth lying on the ground that I could examine for information.

Has anyone gotten Doomsday working on amd64?
Suggestions welcome.

i'm having a similar problem, but with gorky17_demo. I used the installer, it but the binary in my path and everything, now I run it, I get the little clips for LGP and Hyperion, and then after the little gorky intro, it crashes with the LIB_SDL_PARACHUTE message. I have ~amd64 and have emul-linux-x86-sdl installed. any ideas?
