|

Hi,
I've got ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" in my make.conf.. and I'm trying to emerge -u world:
Calculating world dependencies ...done!
[ebuild UD] sys-libs/glibc-2.3.1-r4 [2.3.2-r1]
[ebuild N ] dev-tcltk/expect-5.37.1-r1
[ebuild N ] sys-apps/selinux-small-2003011510-r3
[ebuild N ] sys-apps/procps-3.1.8
--snip--
The list of packages that need to be updated is pretty huge, but it does when it reaches expect... and seeing as my glibc has been downgraded, nothing wants to work! Am I just going to have to wait for a new/working expect ebuild? Because until then I can't emerge -u world
Thanks,
Pierre |

It seems like selinux was in my USE flags (using emerge -pv procps), and was forcing my pc to revert to an old glibc first.. so I just removed it from USE using ufed.. finally I can emerge -u world
Yay!
Thanks to Vhata for the help |
