Hello,
I search the forums, but cannot find th einfo on what setting the kernel needs for supporting Audigy.
Static or Module, ect.

Did you click on the link I included above? The very first result contains the following:

These are updates to the in-kernel emu10k1 (SBLive, etc.) driver from the emu10k1-devel CVS repository.
As of the 20020301 dump, the driver supports the Audigy as well.

So, according to this post, you need to select the emu10k1 driver.
As for static vs. module, if you had read the kernel HOWTO that I referred you to in this other thread that would give you a better understanding of what the differences are and why you would want to choose one over the other.
