problemas para configurar la red en vmware

No consigo poner la red del vmware, me dice que falla la ethernet en /dev/vmnet0. y al intentar decirle el device eth0, me he dado cuenta de que este no existe. Aun asi yo tengo y uso la red. Alguien podria decirme cual podria ser el problema?
