I followed the plain vanilla install and it appeared to work well I was typing commands but I still have one problem. My system does not find the grub boot menu and boot automatically. Every time it stops at the grub prompt and requires me to type the kernel command followed by the boot command. When I type "find /boot/bzImage" or menu.1st he shows me exactly where it is. So I don't understand why grub cannot find it. Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

TIA,

Kevin

As stated in the Install Guide:

Quote:
Note: The menu.lst file should end in "lst" as in "list", not "1st" as in "first".
