After i start the emerge, after ./configure is done and make has started, it just flips over and starts with ./configure again.. It continues in an infinitve loop until i kill it.. Anyone know what i can do ?

I don't think that warning is a problem. I get it all the time.
Can you check that your computer's time is set ok? I think I remember people getting weird build issues if their time was set prior to the timestamps of the files in the tarballs, or something. |

I've just updated my system- and hardware time with rdate.. and downloaded the courier-imap packages again.. but that didn't solve my problem.. _________________

I just looked at your log file link: don't kill it right there! With big packages, you often get multiple 'configures' run, in different directories, which is what that script is doing. Let it run a bit longer and see what happens. |
