Ahh...I'm wondering if there is a way to change or fix this...
When I load GW, already right on the login screen, the graphics just become very choppy and like just gets smeared together. I'm playing this with an ATi 9800pro card, with the latest drivers. Also once i login, i can't see any terrain or anything, i just see the menus, map, and other little windows that are usually on screen. Well if there isn't any other way to get around this...then thx anyway.

I had a ATI Radeon 9600... I also had cedega, they dont mix very well, ATI's drivers are still terrible and transgaming support is shit.. I cancelled my subscription with them. I guess you can try the www.transgaming.org forum, but you prolly wont get a responce. The problem is prolly ATI in this case with the choppiness, I had the same problems with Counter-Strike Source.. sorry :(

hmm...well as soon as i save up enough money, i've been thinking about upgrading my vid card to maybe a nvidia 6800gt or if i really want, a 7800...so another quick question of mine...does the nvidia card perform a lot better with this game? as well as other native linux games and through cedega?

If you read on the Transgaming forums there are issues with Cedega/point2play and ATI drivers it isnt a specific Transgaming problem and is something to do with the way the ATI drivers work. Best suggestion is if your a subscriber use some votes and get better support.
